Hello, Everyone!
On the occasion of Doctors Day - 1 st July 2020,
We, Chennai Youngsters, proposed an idea of conducting a Charity Cultural fest "HARMONY-2K20" as a
tribute to doctors.
The main element of this event is ,the tribute will be given in various art forms.
This Cultural fest is a fund raising event, and the cause is Poor Students' educational aid.

Rules And Regulations
1)Registration can be done on/before 15/07/2020
2) Registration has to be done separately for each event.
3) Decision made by the judge is final.
4) Participants are requested to submit their art works through mail.

6) Religion, caste and gender sentiments should not be hurted.
7)Registration for events is only through website
8)Registered participant will be added in a whatsapp group where instruction will be posted and queries will be answered.
9)On-time Events will be conducted online via Google meet app.
10)E-certificates and prizes will be provided for the Winners.
11)Vulgarity in any form will lead to immediate disqualification.

Topic :DOCTOR'S EQUIPMENT
Date : 22nd july
1) The Model can be a 2D/3D figure
2)90% of Electronic waste must be used for the construction of the modal.10% supporting materials are allowed
3)Kindly use E-waste which is safe and Non-hazardous.
4) Making video and clear photograph must be submitted through e-mail.
5) Last date for the Submission of model is 22.07.2020
Face Painting
Topic :CANCER AWARENESS
Date : 17 TH July
1) Team of two participants can participate
2) Time duration : 1 hour
3) Time will be informed to the participants.
4) Participants should complete painting within 1 hour.
5) Clear photographs must be sent through E-mail.
6) 10 minutes extra time will be given for sending your photograph.
7) Submission of paintings after the time limit ,will not be considerable.
8) Painting should be related to the topic.
9) Participants should present themselves in Video through google meet.
TAMIL POETRY
தலைப்பு : செவிலித்தாய்
Last date of submission : 20 july 2020
1) The Mode of Language is Tamil only. Kavithai must be original creation of participant.
2) Abusive language , Vulgarity and Offensive action in any form will not be entertained.
3) Kavithai should not exceed 16 lines.
4)Participant are required to send their works to E-mail.
DEBATE-TAMIL
Topic and time of the event will be informed to the participants
Date: 18 july 2020
1) Team of 3 participants can participate.
2) The mode of language is Tamil only.
3) Competition will be held through Google meet
4) Each particiapants will be given 5 minutes to present their view.
5) Participants are required to restrain themselves using derogatory Language and vulgarity in any sort will not been entertained.
6) Participants must present themselves in video.
JUST A MINUTE
Theme : TRIBUTE TO WHITE COAT
Date : 19 july 2020
1) Each participant will be give a topic on the spot, with a preparation time of 5 minutes.
2) Participants can use a combination of Tamil and english or any one specific languages.
3) Competition will be held through Google meet.
4) Participants must present themselves in video.
5) No stopping, deviation or repetition of words is allowed while the perfomance is on.
CAPTIONS WRITING
Theme : TRIBUTE TO WHITE COAT
Date : 21st july 2020
1) Participants will be given pictures according to the theme.
2) Last date fo submission : 21st JULY 2020
3) Clear photograph of written caption must be submitted through e-mail.
4) The caption language should be only in English.
5) Abusive language, Vulgarity and offensive action in any form will not be entertained.
6) Caption should not exceed 200 words.
POSTER MAKING
Topic : LIFE OF DOCTORS
Last date of submission : 21st july
1) Participants can use pencil,crayon,watercolors,oilpaints,sketchpens,colorpencils etc.
2) Photographs,wires and any other 3D objects are not acceptable.
3) The completed artwork must br on a flat piece of paper
4) The participants must send the scanned copy of the poster made through e-mail.
5) The drawing/painting must not reprsent or depict any particular individual,organisation,brandname or any religion.
6) Submission of poster after time limit,will not be considerable.
7) If the participants is found to have violated the rules will be disqualified and not allowed to continue the Competition.
MEME CREATION
Theme : DISEASE AWARENESS
Last date of submission : 20th july
1) The meme must be a original creation of the participants.
2) Last date of submission: 20th JULY 2020
3) A participant can submit only one meme.
4) Participant are required to submit a meme based on the given concept only.Out of the concept will not be consider.
5) Meme photo should be in JPG or JPEG format only.
6) Participants are required to send their meme to e-mail.
7) Abusive language,Vulgarity and offensive action in any form will not be entertained.
8) Meme content can be in Tamil/English.
9) Only photo meme is allowed.
